1. General

SlotLounge is owned and operated by Stable Tech N.V., registered under No. 160129 at Scharlooweg 39, Willemstad, Curaçao, and licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Authority (licence no. OGL/2024/161/0191).

Before creating an account, take the time to read these Terms and Conditions in full. Registering a Player Account means you've read, understood, and agreed to everything set out here. If these terms don't work for you, the services on this site are not available to you.

By registering, players provide personal data to Stable Tech N.V., the data controller responsible for processing that information. 2. Who Can Play

4. Accepted Currencies

7. Limitation of Liability

Players agree to hold the Casino, its directors, employees, partners, and service providers harmless from any costs, losses, claims, or liabilities that arise from their use of the site or participation in games.

The Casino is the final authority on whether a player has violated any rule or condition in a way that warrants suspension or permanent exclusion.

8. Player Accounts

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account per residential address, household, IP address, and device. Creating multiple accounts may result in all of them being closed and all associated payouts being cancelled. Any returns, winnings, or bonuses accumulated through a duplicate account will be forfeited. Funds withdrawn from a duplicate account must be returned to the Casino on request.

Account access must not be shared with third parties, including minors. The site is for personal use only, not commercial gain.

The Casino reserves the right to call the phone number registered on an account as part of the KYC process. Withdrawals may be held until identity verification is complete. If the Casino is unable to reach a player by email or phone within two (2) weeks of a withdrawal request, the account will be locked.

9. Anti-Fraud Policy

The Company maintains a strict anti-fraud policy. Accounts may be closed and payouts suspended or cancelled if a player is suspected of:

  • colluding with other players;
  • using strategies designed to generate unfair winnings;
  • fraudulent activity involving other online casinos or payment providers;
  • initiating chargebacks or reversals on card transactions;
  • submitting forged documents;
  • creating two or more accounts;
  • other forms of cheating.

Applicable regulatory bodies may be informed. The Casino is not obligated to explain its reasoning to the player.

The Casino may also close an account at its absolute discretion and refund the remaining balance, minus any applicable withdrawal charges, with no obligation to provide a reason or advance notice.

Advantage play is not tolerated. Bonuses and related winnings may be voided if a player is found to have misused promotional offers, including through: use of stolen cards, chargebacks, duplicate accounts, false registration data, forged documents, actions that damage the Casino, or low-risk roulette play covering 25 or more numbers out of 37.

Any manipulation of casino software will result in the retention of funds and may lead to criminal charges. Players who discover software errors are required to report them to the Casino immediately rather than exploit them.

All deposits must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be processed. If multiple deposits have been made with no gameplay in between, the total of those deposits must be wagered before a withdrawal is available. Where money laundering or fraud is suspected, the Casino may require deposits to be wagered a minimum of three (3) times.

Identity documents submitted for verification (ID, payment proof, utility bills, etc.) must be in the Latin or Cyrillic alphabet. If a player cannot provide documents in either alphabet, the Casino reserves the right to request a video verification session.

10. Deposits

Third-party payments are not accepted. Deposits must come from a payment method registered in the player's own name. Winnings connected to a third-party deposit will be forfeited, and the original deposit returned to the payment account owner.

11. Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal is 20 EUR/USD (200 NOK, 30 CAD/AUD/NZD, 90 PLN, 2,400 JPY, 140 BRL, 0.002 BTC, 0.007 ETH, 0.066 LTC, 0.017 BCH, 40 DOGE, 20 USDT). Maximum limits vary by payment method and will be displayed during the withdrawal process. If a requested amount exceeds a payment system's limit, it will be paid out in instalments.

Identity verification may be required before withdrawals are processed. Providing false or incomplete personal data may result in the withdrawal being refused and the account being closed. Players will be notified by email.

The Casino's internal operating currency is Euro. Transactions in other currencies may result in slightly different amounts being charged due to conversion at the bank or payment processing level. Bank transfers in USD are not available. Bank transfers are processed within three (3) working banking days.

Bank transfer withdrawals may, in exceptional cases, incur charges from intermediary banks. These are outside the Casino's control and are typically no more than the equivalent of EUR 16.

The Casino is not a financial institution. Accounts do not bear interest and no conversion or exchange services are offered. All costs associated with a refund procedure are borne by the player.

12. Dormant Accounts

An account is considered inactive after 12 consecutive months without a login. From that point, the Casino may charge a monthly administrative fee of 25 EUR (or the current account balance, if lower). This fee is deducted at the start of the month following the date the account becomes inactive, and continues monthly until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

13. Time Limit on Claims

Any claim or cause of action arising from these Terms and Conditions or the services provided by the Casino must be submitted within one (1) year of the date it arose.

14. Refund Policy

Refund requests will only be considered if submitted within 24 hours of the relevant transaction. In cases where a player alleges unauthorised access to their account, requests may be considered within 30 calendar days.

Where a deposit was made by credit card, the Casino reserves the right to process withdrawals up to the deposited amount as refunds against those purchases. Any amount above the deposited total will be paid via an alternative method.

All bonuses and winnings will be deducted from an account balance before any refund amount is calculated.

Where a credit card deposit or withdrawal is deemed to carry unacceptable security or legal risk, the Casino will initiate a refund to the original card and notify relevant authorities. Refunds are processed within five to seven (5-7) banking days.

15. Complaints

Complaints are handled by the support team and escalated internally if not resolved at first contact. Players will be kept informed of progress to a reasonable degree.

Complaints may only be raised by the registered account holder. They cannot be transferred, assigned, or handed over to any third party. Any complaint submitted by or through a third party will be dismissed.

In the event of a dispute, server logs and records are the final authority on outcomes. If the result on a player's screen differs from what the game server recorded, the server result stands. The Casino's records are the definitive reference for the terms and results of any gameplay.

When contacting a player about a dispute, the Casino will use the contact details registered on the account.

16. Non-Transferability

Claims arising from these Terms and Conditions, use of the site, or participation in games cannot be assigned, pledged, or transferred to any other party without the Casino's written consent. This covers all assets of value connected to a Player Account, including winnings, deposits, bets, and rights or claims of any kind. The prohibition extends to encumbering, pledging, trading, brokering, gifting, or any arrangement involving a fiduciary or third party.

17. Arbitration

Any dispute between a player and the Casino arising from these Terms and Conditions, or from any related agreements or actions, will be settled exclusively by arbitration in Cyprus, in accordance with Cyprus Civil Procedure Rules.
